Appleton is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Appleton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The only place we shop for our 3 kitties! Love the selection and cleanliness of the store. Employees are always nice and helpful too!

Thank you, Heather! The low-protein chews you helped me pick out are a hit. Including show-off time, it takes our retriever about 15 minutes to finish one off, which is perfect. Her breath is better, too. As a general review, I’ve been shopping here for years and have always found what I needed, and employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The dog wash area came in handy once when the dog rolled in something absolutely vile at the dog park and needed a bath ASAP.

I placed and prepaid an order for Stella & Chewy’s kibble on 12/13/2025 and was told I would receive a call when it came in. After not hearing anything, I followed up at the end of December and again in January. Each time, I was told they weren’t sure when the shipment would arrive, but that I would be contacted as soon as they had an update. I was also informed I couldn’t pick it up from another Pet Supplies location. Today, when I called again, I was told by the manager on duty that they are no longer carrying the kibble version of Stella & Chewy at all. This was the first time I was made aware of that change. I completely understand that product availability and supplier decisions can change. However, since I had already prepaid for the item, I would have appreciated a proactive update or courtesy call once the decision was made to discontinue the product. Instead, I had to repeatedly call and stop in to get information. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication, especially as a paying customer who placed an order in good faith. I hope the store can review how these situations are handled in the future and consider improving communication for customers who have prepaid ord

The Outagamie County Dog park is a big park with trails and big open areas. There is also another good size section for little dogs. One of the nicer dog parks that we have been to.
